Medal Winner in Special Olympics 2007

The pupils held a no-uniform day to raise funds for our past pupil Grace Howley who was representing Ireland in the Special Olympics in China. Grace was competing in the basketball competition. We were delighted to follow her progress in China and especially as she won a bronze medal

Grace returned to Portlaw on Saturday October 13th and there was a great welcome for her. Many of the pupils were there to welcome Grace and we were all very proud of our famous past pupil.
