On April 19th 2005 the sheds in the old convent school were demolished. These sheds had been used for a number of purposes during the history of the school. They were used as lunch rooms for the pupils of the old convent school and in later years as a shed for the caretaker of the school. Unfortunately, due to vandalism the Board of Management was forced to demolish the sheds. The yard is much more open now and hopefully the threst of vandalism will decrease.
